Glenn, isn't it sad that you keep going back to the ID perps for second
rate fossil gap denial? What was #6 of the Top Six?

What the ID perps really need to do is figure out what their intelligent
designer did to fit turtles into the existing phylogeny of vertebrates.
We now have full genome sequences, so what are their explanations
besides abject denial? Really, Glenn why would turtles fit into the
existing phylogeny of vertebrates if they were just zapped into
existence? Why would the designer need to create them as if they
evolved by descent with modification from the vertebrate lineages that
existed at that time?

ID Perp Top Six that Glenn has been running from since Nov. 2017.

The ID perps claim that this is the best that they have, but Glenn has
to run and wallow in second rate denial like he posted above. The
turtle god of the gaps denial didn't make the Top Six.

So what? The relationship of the turtle girdle and ribs in phylogeny
represents a discrete development topology shift as does the external cheek
pouches of pocket gophers. Each should be front and center when looking at
evolution of vertebrates.

Why do humans need a subjective state of fear when nonconscious survival
circuits suffice in other animals lacking neocortical specialization? When
a sea turtle attempts to reach a beach shore to struggle to the dunes using
its wonky carapace girdle arrangement and a menacing shark appears, does it
feel fear or merely commence evasive maneuvers?

Pocket gophers are mammals. When Farmer John approaches it with a pitchfork
does it stop to contemplate its subcortically generated defensive response
as a sense of terror, or does it just scram?

Darwin did drugs.
